Hi, everyone. I had the pleasure of attending the BSA annual picnic at the Boston Fire Museum. Always a fun time. I caught up with numerous friends, made some new acquaintances like Boston Fire Commissioner Paul Burke.

Nice photo at the Boston Fire Museum with BFD Commissioner, Sparks President Justin Holstrom and one of my long-time buddies, Charlie (to my right).

The simple food was oh, so good! Burgers, dogs, sausages with all the extras-yum! And I sold a few books. We all wondered about the potential for heavy rain, but the storm passed to the north. If you get the chance, stop by the Museum at 344 Congress St, right near the Children's Museum. It's free (donations accepted) and you'll be entertained. They are children friendly. The helmets on the ceiling to the left side came from the late spark, Boston Pops and Symphony Conductor Arthur Fiedler.
